Great beach access and a lively breakfast, but the TV channel selection was limited.

The pools and water play facilities were a fantastic highlight for our family of five. The kids absolutely loved the water slides, while we enjoyed the beachfront dining with great options. The dedicated kids' club also kept our little ones entertained.
In my wife’s opinion, the buffet breakfast could use more variety, especially savory options for kids.

Family with children get ready for some fun
The staff here treated my family like royalty, going above and beyond. Like, there was this one time when they surprised my kids with fresh fruit and desserts delivered right to our room—totally unexpected and touching.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

Perfect for family fun!
The kids loved the pool and activities. The staff treated us like family, and they offered in-room breakfast that was super handy. The only thing was that the food options could be better, especially for dinner. But overall, a great place to chill and relax with the fam!

Had an awesome time with friends at this resort! The beach had plenty of water sports like jet skiing, and we enjoyed live band music most nights. The kids' club kept the younger ones entertained while we relaxed by the pool. Definitely recommend the breakfast buffet. it's a highlight!
We had some trouble with White Eagle Tours. They misinformed us about using the shuttle to town, which was frustrating. We ended up taking a local taxi instead, which worked out better but could have been avoided.

The Deluxe Double Room was really spacious and clean. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the bed was super comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great too, made for a nice, relaxing experience. Just wish there were some more in-room dining options available. Overall, pretty nice stay!

This hotel is just a balanced option for a cursory stop in Batu Ferringhi with great value for money. The welcome drinks and local baked cookies during check-in were a nice touch. Be prepared for a crowded breakfast area, especially during peak times.

The breakfast spread was a feast, with the cooked eggs being top-tier—absolutely delightful! The spacious rooms made our stay comfy, and the kids enjoyed the bubbly water play area for hours on end.
But the pool situation could use some love. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and check-in felt more like a transaction than a warm welcome. Plus, the lobby felt a tad too crowded with security hanging around, not giving off that five-star vibe we were hoping for.

I truly appreciated the hotel's lush gardens and spacious layout, which made it easy to navigate. The swimming pools were well-maintained and provided a lovely atmosphere, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation without feeling overly crowded.
More seating in dining areas would be helpful.
